We are looking for a Product Manager Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication across teams, identifying and solving problems early, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to support the development process, using project management tools to track progress and deliver value. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and basic technical skills are important for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in project planning, documentation, and delivery.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement, proposing actionable solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Manage tasks and workflows using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.
- Prioritize tasks and apply effective time management strategies to meet deadlines.
- Gather requirements, document user stories, and define acceptance criteria to support product development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
- Perform basic technical tasks, such as running database queries or parsing log files.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the software development process, ideally within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Track project metrics, prepare reports, and present project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven attention to detail in planning, documentation, and delivery of work.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical experience (e.g., running database queries, analyzing log files) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
